For some appointments we require a deposit to be paid for the session at the time of booking. Should you wish to change your appointment time you can do so up to 24 hours before the appointment time with no consequence. If you request to cancel your appointment completely and receive a refund please note that there will be a £10 charge to cover the costs involved in doing so.
