Treatment Voucher Terms and Conditions

Treatment vouchers may only be used for the treatment type stated upon them. To book your treatment session please go our website and pick the correct treatment type. When booking please state in the ‘notes’ section that you will be redeeming a voucher for the treatment. You will still need to bring your voucher with you on the day of your treatment session and present it to the receptionist before your session begins. Failure to do so will result in you having to pay for your session via cash or card.

Once booked your session will be subject to our Cancellation and Late Arrivals Policy which may be viewed here.

Treatment sessions are subject to availability so we recommend you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Treatment vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Unused vouchers will not be refunded and will not be accepted after the expiry date.

Treatment vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender.

Treatment vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Aerial Osteopath may vary or replace these conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees).
